Home Automation and Comfort
Home automation with no building work for your home on the Costa del Sol
Blinds, lights, climate control and irrigation that run on their own. Built on the installation you already have and controlled from the app you already use.
What actually gets automated
Start with the three things you do every day
The home automation that gets abandoned is the kind that fills the house with new remote controls. We work the other way round: we look at what you do by hand every day, and that's the first thing we automate. Usually it's three things — the blinds, the hallway light and the climate control — and once that's in place, there's no going back. Everything else gets added later, on request, on the same installation.
- Blinds and awnings: come down with the afternoon sun and go up in the morning, on their own.
- Hallway and outdoor lighting: switches on when it detects movement and switches itself off.
- Climate control and hot water: on a schedule or when you leave the house, not heating an empty room.
- Irrigation and pool: at set times, and paused when it rains.
- A leaving-home scene that lowers the blinds, switches off the lights and arms the alarm at the touch of a button.
Built on what you already have, without breaking anything
No building work, no changing the consumer unit, no new cables through the wall
You don't need to renovate a home to automate it. The modules fit behind the switch or inside the consumer unit you already have, and the sensors are simply stuck in place, with no drilling. The house keeps working with your usual switches: the one on the wall doesn't stop working just because the blind also responds to your phone.
- Installation in a single day in most homes, with no dust and no mess.
- Your current switches and remotes keep working exactly as before.
- If you want to expand later, we just add another module: nothing gets redone.
- One single app for cameras, alarm and home automation.
Your home, when you're not in it
For second homes and properties left empty for much of the year
Much of the Costa del Sol sits empty from October to May. An empty home shows from the outside: blinds always in the same position, no lights, no movement. We programme the house to keep looking lived-in, and to alert you before anyone else if something goes wrong inside.
- Presence simulation: lights and blinds on schedules that vary, not always at the same time.
- Phone alerts for water leaks, power cuts or temperature outside the normal range.
- Climate control switched on before you arrive, from the airport.
- Temporary access for the cleaner or technician, removed once the job's done.
How we work
One visit, one plan and one installation
- 1
Site visit or floor plan: we see the property, or you send us the plan and tell us about your daily routine.
- 2
Fixed proposal: what gets automated, with what equipment and in how much time. No small print.
- 3
Installation and handover: we fit it, leave it working and show you how to use it in your own home.
Frequently asked questions
Do you need to carry out building work?
Not in most cases. The modules are fitted behind the switches or inside the existing consumer unit, and the sensors are simply stuck in place.
What if the internet goes down?
Schedule- and sensor-based automations keep working without a connection. What stops working is remote control from outside the home, until the line's back.
Can it work with the cameras and alarm I already have?
It depends on the equipment installed. Tell us the make and model and we'll tell you what integrates and what doesn't before you spend a single euro.
Do you work outside Malaga city?
Yes: the whole Costa del Sol, from Nerja to Sotogrande.
