How do I get a 10% discount on the installation?
Choose your camera, alarm or WiFi network in the online shop, tick «I want it installed» and we apply a 10% discount on the installation quote. The quote still comes with no commitment.
The 10% applies to the total installation quote (labour and materials) for equipment bought in our online shop, provided the installation is requested within 6 months of the purchase and in one of the service areas you choose on the product page (Málaga and the Costa del Sol, from Nerja to Sotogrande). Offer valid until withdrawn; it will be honoured for purchases made while it was published.
How we install
What is the installation process with Dartel like?
Dartel Solutions installs in three phases: proposal (from your floor plan and four photos if there is no building work, or a technical visit if there is cabling), fitting and commissioning with tests in real conditions, and optional maintenance with no lock-in. A normal home installation is done in a day; if cable has to be run or several buildings are involved, we tell you beforehand.
For a flat or small premises with no building work, the quote comes from your floor plan and four photos — no visit needed. Where there is cabling, building work or a project, we start with a technical visit. Either way, you know exactly what is being done, when and why — and you decide how far we go.

- An itemised quote, in writing and with no obligation.

Dartel Solutions mainly sells and installs Ajax (alarms, cameras, recorders and video doorbells), and also Hikvision (cameras), Imou (home cameras), Reyee (WiFi 6 Mesh, switches and routers) and Tedee (smart locks). For example, the Turret IP Camera 8 MP Indoor/Outdoor Dual Light White - Ajax, the Professional Alarm Kit Ajax White or the Reyee WiFi 6 mesh router.
We only work with manufacturers that carry a warranty, have spare parts available and offer real technical support. We do not fit generic equipment.

Who installs security cameras and alarms in Málaga?

How long does the installation take?
A normal home installation is done in a day. If cable has to be run, building work is needed or several buildings are involved, we tell you before starting, not afterwards, and it appears in the quote.
Is building work needed to install an alarm?
No. Ajax alarms are wireless and are fixed without chasing walls or running trunking, which is why they suit rented flats and older buildings. IP cameras may need a cable run when it is better for them to be wired; we cover that in the proposal.
Can I buy the equipment myself and have you only install it?
Yes. Buy at shop.dartelsolutions.com, tick “I want it installed” and the installation quote carries a 10% discount if it is requested within 6 months of purchase and in a service area in Málaga and the Costa del Sol.
Is the installation guaranteed?
Yes. The installation includes a guarantee on the materials and on the workmanship, and the same team that installed it is the one that responds if something fails.
Do you install in residential communities and urbanisations?
Yes. We prepare an itemised quote and a plan showing what each camera sees so the president or the administrator can take it to the owners’ meeting. Cameras in shared areas are signposted and do not point at the public street or at any one home.
Does the alarm alert only my phone, or an operator too?
No. Only a private security company registered in Spain’s National Register of Private Security may provide that service, and Dartel Solutions is not one: we neither provide nor resell it. The system we install alerts your phone and the phones of whoever you add.
