What we install in Fuengirola

Why Fuengirola is a different problem
Fuengirola is vertical. You are protecting a flat, not a plot — and in a flat the weak points are specific: the front door, a ground-floor terrace, the light well, a penthouse you can reach from the roof, the storage room in the basement. You don't need a full perimeter. You need three or four places covered properly.
And there is something you rarely see in a villa: a lot of flats sit empty for half the season or are let by the week. What matters there isn't only that the siren goes off — it's that you find out, wherever you are, and can look. In a community building, on top of that, any camera pointing at a shared area stops being your decision and becomes the community's.

Residential communities
Entrance hall, garage, lift, storage rooms and pool. We put together the plan and the quote showing what gets installed, where each camera goes and exactly what each one sees, so the president or the administrator can take it to the owners' meeting and vote with the figures in front of them. Installing in shared areas is approved by the owners' meeting, not by us — our job is to make sure it arrives explained and without surprises.
Cameras covering shared areas have to be signposted, and they can't point at the public street or at one particular neighbour's door. We settle that in the design, before anyone drills a hole.
Shops and street-level businesses
A small shop in the centre or on the seafront doesn't need what a warehouse needs. It needs a clear view of the door and the till, something visible enough to put people off, and the ability to pull up the footage from the day something happened. Well-placed cameras and a local alarm cover that without going over the top.
If what you want is the alarm connected to a monitoring centre, tell us up front: that is a regulated service provided by registered security companies, and we will say so plainly rather than sell you something else.
Your installation is your business
A security plan shows where every camera is, what it sees and what it doesn't — in your home or your business. That is not an ordinary document. If you wish, we sign a written confidentiality agreement — just ask, at no cost. And no client and no recognisable property appears on our social media without written permission.
