What does Dartel install in a large project?
CCTV with centralised recording and video analytics (Ajax, and Hikvision on the projects that call for it), access control by card, code or facial recognition, high-density Reyee WiFi 6, IP video intercoms, Ajax alarms in shared areas, Cat6 cabling and labelled, documented rack cabinets. Typical equipment: the Ajax NVR Recorder 16 Ports PoE AJ-NVR216-HAC-16P-W White, the Reyee 16-port managed PoE switch and omnidirectional WiFi 6 access points.

How is a large project approached with Dartel?
It starts with a technical visit to measure access points, blind spots and network coverage. We then deliver an itemised quote, with a plan of what each camera sees, with a reply within 24 hours. Dartel Solutions carries out the installation, and the maintenance contract includes periodic checks, incident alerts and local resolution. The full technical detail is delivered once the job is awarded to us.
Brands and equipment
Which brands and equipment does Dartel use in large projects?
Ajax for alarms, cameras, recorders and video doorbells; Hikvision on the camera projects that call for it; Reyee for WiFi 6 Mesh, PoE switches and routers; and Tedee for smart locks. Only manufacturers with a guarantee, spare parts and real technical support; we do not fit generic equipment.
What we do not do
Can Dartel do the installation for a business that is required by private security law to have security measures?
Not the part that the regulations reserve for companies registered in Spain’s National Register of Private Security: Dartel Solutions is not a registered private security company and does not pretend to be. Monitored connection to an alarm receiving centre is a regulated service reserved for registered private security companies, which we do not provide or resell. What we do, and what any installer is free to do, is everything your business puts in by its own decision: video surveillance, network, access control and video intercoms. We tell you in the first conversation so you do not waste time.
Data protection
How is privacy protected with cameras in shared areas?
Cameras in entrance halls, garages, pools and corridors are signposted with the information sign, do not frame the public street, the door of any one home or the inside of hotel rooms, and access to the recordings is limited to whoever the owner designates, with retention days capped. We settle it on the plan, before installing.

Do you do the maintenance after the installation?
Yes, under contract: periodic checks of cameras, recorders, access control and network, firmware updates, incident alerts and resolution with our own local team.
Who runs the project from start to finish?
No. The whole project, from the technical design to the maintenance, is handled by Dartel Solutions.
Can you install during construction and then leave the final installation?
Yes. During construction we install perimeter CCTV, access control to the site and connectivity for the site cabins; when the building is handed over, we fit its final security and network infrastructure without changing company.
How long does the quote for a large project take?
We carry out a technical visit and deliver the itemised quote with a reply within 24 hours. The full technical detail is delivered once the job is awarded to us.
Who do a community’s alarms alert?
No. That service is a regulated activity that only a registered private security company may provide, and Dartel Solutions is not one: we neither provide nor resell it. The Ajax alarms we install alert the phones of the people the community designates, with no compulsory monthly fees.
What WiFi do you install in a hotel?
High-density WiFi with Reyee WiFi 6 access points, with coverage in rooms, pool, restaurant and shared areas, and separate networks for guests, staff and equipment.
Do you hand over documentation of the installation?
Yes. Labelled racks, every network outlet tested and certified with a cable tester, and a plan with the location and framing of each camera. Any technician who comes afterwards knows which cable goes where.
