Why 800 € for one villa and 2,400 € for another?
- Cabling. Four cameras on one façade with the recorder nearby are quick to install; four cameras spread across a large plot, with new trenches or conduit, are not.
- Existing conduit. If the villa already has empty ducts or old cameras, we reuse the route and labour drops.
- Height and access. Cameras above 4 metres or in hard-to-reach spots add time.
- Camera type. Colour night vision, motorised zoom or people/vehicle detection cost more than a basic fixed camera.
- Recorder and disk. A 4-channel recorder with a 1 TB surveillance disk is the usual setup; more days of footage means a bigger disk.
What does the quote include?
Our quotes are itemised: cameras, recorder, disk, cabling, labour and setting up the app on your phone. No surprises at the end. Buy the equipment in our online shop and the installation gets a 10 % discount on the quote for 6 months.

Is there anything to pay monthly?
No. Dahua and Hikvision cameras record locally, on the recorder in your home. Cloud is optional. A monthly fee only makes sense if you want monitoring by a private security company, which is not what we do.
What can a villa camera not record?
The street and the neighbour's property. The Spanish data protection agency (AEPD) sets it out in its video-surveillance guide: cameras installed for security purposes cannot capture the public road beyond the minimum strictly necessary, and a visible "video-surveilled area" sign is required at the entrances.
So we aim every camera at your plot, switch on privacy masks where needed and put the sign where it can be seen: part of the install, not an extra. The long version is in can my camera record the street?
Is an alarm worth adding?
Cameras record; alarms alert. At a villa the usual combination is outdoor cameras plus an Ajax alarm with no monthly fee, which alerts your phone and can trigger sirens. Quoted together or separately.
