BulletCam 8 MP Dual Light camera, black

The BulletCam 8 MP Dual Light in black, for dark façades and eaves where a white casing would show too much

What it is and what it does

The black BulletCam 8 MP Dual Light brings together an 8 megapixel sensor, 2.8 mm optics and two ways of seeing at night, both 50 m: infrared, discreet and in black and white, or white light, which gives colour and is noticeable from outside. It detects people, pets and vehicles with artificial intelligence and has True WDR/HDR for backlit doors.

Who Dartel installs it for

We order it for homes with a dark or slate façade and for cameras under an eave, where a white casing sticks out. It is not a camera for covering a whole plot: at 85° horizontally it covers an access well and loses detail at long distance. The same camera exists in white, with an identical datasheet.

How we install it

We fix the camera pointing at the access and adjust the framing with the image in front of us. We connect it by PoE network cable to the recorder, and make sure the lens does not look straight into the sun. We add it in the app and check that the alerts for people and vehicles reach your mobile.

Frequently asked questions

What are infrared and white light both for?

They are two ways of seeing at night, both with 50 m. Infrared is invisible and gives black and white; white light illuminates, gives colour and warns whoever approaches. We choose according to the site.

Apart from the colour, does anything change compared with the white one?

No. The same datasheet on both: 8 megapixels, 2.8 mm lens and the same electronics. The colour is just the finish and is chosen to suit the façade.

Would you like us to install it?

Tell us what kind of home or premises it is and we will say what you need and what you don't. For a flat or a shop with no building work, your floor plan and four photos are enough.
