Button panic button, white

White wireless panic button: double press or long press to avoid false alarms, IP54 and a range of 1300 m

What it is and what it does

The white Button is a panic button that sends the alert to the system with one hand. To avoid accidental triggers it requires a double press or a long press of 1.5 seconds. It talks to the hub over Jeweller radio, up to 1300 m in open space, has IP54 and measures 47 by 35 millimetres. It runs on a CR2032 battery and works between -10 and 40 degrees.

Who Dartel installs it for

We fit it next to the bed, at a business counter or in an older person's room, or it is carried on you. It is white, discreet on a light wall or piece of furniture. If you also want to arm and disarm, look at the SpaceControl remote; if you prefer a key fob to get in, the Tag.

How we install it

We add it by reading its QR code in the app and assign it to your group. We choose with you where it goes: fixed in a spot within reach, or loose to carry on you. We test the signal from that point and show you who receives the alert, so that you know what happens when you press it.

Frequently asked questions

What if I press it by accident?

It should not trigger: it asks for a double press or a long press of 1.5 seconds, precisely for that. A brush in a pocket or a knock against the bedside table triggers nothing.

Who does it alert?

The phones you have added to the Ajax system. It does not call any service by itself: it is you and the people you add who decide what to do with the alert.

Would you like us to install it?

Tell us what kind of home or premises it is and we will say what you need and what you don't. For a flat or a shop with no building work, your floor plan and four photos are enough.
