What it is and what it does
The white SpaceControl Superior is the four-button Ajax remote: arm, disarm, arm in night mode and panic. It talks to the hub over Jeweller radio, up to 1300 m in open space, so it works from the street or the garage. It weighs 14.8 g, is 10 mm thick and runs on a CR2032 battery. It is Grade 2 and IP32. It only gives commands; it does not show the state of the system.
Who Dartel installs it for
We give it to anyone who prefers a button to their phone: an older person, an employee, someone who comes in with their hands full. If there are several remotes in the house, white helps tell them apart from the black one. To know the state of the alarm, you need the app or a keypad.
How we install it
There is no physical installation. We link it to your hub by reading the QR code in the app and hand it over already working. We assign each remote to a person, so that the history shows who armed and who disarmed. We check that the signal arrives from the street or the garage and show you what each button does.

Can you see on the remote whether the alarm is on?
No. The remote gives orders, it does not report. To see the state you look at the app or the keypad. Its advantage is that anyone can use it without learning anything.
Will I know who turned the alarm off?
Yes, if each remote has an owner. The system tells them apart and the history shows which one armed and which one disarmed, which is useful when more people than the family come in.
