Module for installers that brings up to 100 Ajax devices into another brand's wired control panel through eight output zones
What it is and what it does
The ocBridge Plus is an integration module for anyone who already has a wired control panel and does not want to change it. It accepts up to 100 Ajax devices, which it distributes among eight output zones, which connect to the wired panel. It communicates with the devices over 868 MHz Jeweller radio up to 2 km in open space. It is powered by USB or by 8 to 14 V DC, and has a front and rear anti-opening tamper.
Who Dartel installs it for
It is a unit for specific cases, and in a home you normally do not need it. It is for installations that already have a wired control panel from another brand and want to keep it, but with wireless Ajax detectors. It is added to an Ajax alarm that we install ourselves. If you are starting from scratch, we will suggest a Hub 2 without this module.
How we install it
We fix it indoors, near the wired control panel and away from metal cabinets. We connect its eight output zones to the zones of the panel, power it and add it using the management software. We associate each Ajax device with its zone, check the signal and test that the wired panel receives each alert.

Can I use it with any wired control panel?
It is designed for panels with wired zones to which its eight outputs can be connected. Before suggesting it we check your panel's model and what each zone accepts.
How many Ajax devices does it accept?
Up to 100, distributed among the eight output zones. In a normal home that is far more than enough; we distribute them by zone so that the wired panel can tell clearly where each alert comes from.
