DomeCam Mini 5 MP Dual Light camera, black
Black 5 MP DomeCam Mini with Dual Light: a compact dome with 15 m infrared and white light, discreet on dark ceilings and walls
What it is and what it does
The black DomeCam Mini 5 MP Dual Light is a small 5 megapixel (2880×1620) dome with a 110° horizontal field of view. At night it uses 15 m infrared for a black and white image, or 15 m white light for a colour image. It tells people, pets and vehicles apart using artificial intelligence, and has True WDR/HDR, a microphone and microSD support of up to 256 GB. It works from −30 °C to +60 °C.
Who Dartel installs it for
We fit it for customers who want to watch an entrance hall, a garage or a doorway in a flat or house with wood, iron or dark ceilings, where black makes it almost invisible. On light surfaces, choose the white Dual Light. If you need to see further, look at the black DomeCam Mini 5 MP 4 mm, or the 8 MP model for more detail.
How we install it
We power and connect it with a PoE network cable to the recorder or the switch, so there is no socket on the ceiling or wall. We choose a height that shows the face but cannot be reached by hand, away from direct sun. We add it to the app by QR code and check the framing.

Frequently asked questions
Can it go on the ceiling?
Yes, it is a compact dome that fits well on a ceiling or under the eaves. What matters is that the PoE network cable reaches that spot, and we sort that out during the installation.
What about the lights at night?
It can record with infrared, in black and white, or switch on the white light to give you colour. Both reach 15 m, so they are designed for nearby areas such as a doorway or a corridor.
Would you like us to install it?
Tell us what kind of home or premises it is and we will say what you need and what you don't. For a flat or a shop with no building work, your floor plan and four photos are enough.
