White 5 MP DomeCam Mini with Dual Light: a compact dome with 15 m infrared and white light, for doorways, entrance halls and covered areas
What it is and what it does
The white DomeCam Mini 5 MP Dual Light is a compact dome camera protected by a dome cover. It records at 5 megapixels (2880×1620) with a 110° horizontal field of view. At night it offers 15 m infrared or 15 m white light, to give you colour at close range. Its artificial intelligence detects people, pets and vehicles. It is IP65, takes microSD cards of up to 256 GB and has a microphone.
Who Dartel installs it for
It is for entrance halls, corridors, garages, covered terraces and the entrances of flats and houses, where the camera sees people up close and you want it to blend in against a light wall or ceiling. It is not for covering a large garden. For dark walls, choose the black Dual Light; for more detail, the white DomeCam Mini 8 MP Dual Light.
How we install it
A PoE network cable runs from the recorder or the switch to the camera, which also powers it. We fix it to a solid ceiling or wall, at a height that keeps the face in frame and the camera out of reach, and we avoid facing the sun. Then we add it to the app by QR code, check the framing and leave recording switched on.

Frequently asked questions
How far does it reach at night?
Both the infrared and the white light reach 15 m. That is enough for an entrance hall, a garage or a terrace, but not for the far end of a plot; for that there are the 50 m turret cameras.
Is it easy to knock out of position by hand?
The dome is protected by a cover and has no adjustable body that could be knocked out of position. Even so, we place it out of reach so that nobody can cover or damage it.
