Smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detector in a single white unit, with an 85 dB siren and standalone operation.
What it is and what it does
The white FireProtect Plus brings smoke, carbon monoxide and heat detection together in a single device. It measures smoke with a photoelectric sensor, watches for a rapid rise in temperature and the +59 °C threshold, and senses CO. It sounds with its own 85 dB siren and alerts your mobile through the panel. If the panel fails, it keeps sounding on its own.
Who Dartel installs it for
It is the detector Dartel recommends where there is a boiler, a fireplace or a garage connected to the home, and it is part of the alarm kits for a flat, a villa and a shop. The white one goes unnoticed on a light ceiling. If the ceiling or beam is dark, there is the FireProtect Plus, black; and if you only need smoke and heat, the FireProtect, black.
How we install it
We place it on the ceiling of the bedroom corridor, next to the boiler or in the kitchen, depending on what needs protecting. We add it by reading its QR code in the app, assign it to its group and check the signal. We place it away from windows and radiators. Before leaving we test the siren with the Test button and leave any that there are interconnected.

Does it sound even if the internet or the panel goes down?
Yes. It supports standalone operation, so the 85 dB siren sounds without depending on the panel. With the panel linked, the alert also reaches your mobile and that of anyone you add.
How many are needed in a house with a boiler?
It depends on the layout. If you tell us where the boiler is and how the house is heated, we tell you how many are needed and in which room each one goes before quoting.
