Ajax Hub 2 Plus alarm panel, black

Black Ajax Hub 2 Plus panel for large installations: up to 200 devices, 100 cameras and four alert routes

What it is and what it does

The Hub 2 Plus is Ajax's large panel. It supports up to 200 devices, 200 users and 100 IP cameras or recorder channels, and alerts by four routes: Ethernet, Wi-Fi and two 4G SIMs. Its 868 MHz radio uses Jeweller and Wings, the latter for the photos from the photo detectors. It has an anti-opening tamper and a backup battery of up to 15 hours.

Who Dartel installs it for

It is for a villa with a guest house, garage and outbuilding, or a multi-storey business that is going to grow. In a flat or a normal house it is far more than needed and the Ajax Hub 2 alarm panel, black covers the same ground. In white we offer it within the Ajax Hub 2 Plus alarm kit with MotionCam HDR, white.

How we install it

It goes inside the home on its SmartBracket, whose rear tamper alerts you if it is taken down. The location is real work: away from metal cabinets, more than a metre from the router and at a point from which the radio reaches the whole property. If an area is left without coverage, we add a signal repeater. Each device is added by QR code and its signal is checked one by one.

Frequently asked questions

When is this panel worth it compared with the Hub 2?

When the installation is going to grow: it supports 200 devices and up to 100 IP cameras or recorder channels, against the Hub 2's 100 and 25.

Is there any limit even though it supports 200 devices?

Yes, and it is worth knowing before you buy: a maximum of 10 between sirens and wireless touchscreen keypads. The rest of the 200 are detectors, remotes and other devices in the system.

Would you like us to install it?

Tell us what kind of home or premises it is and we will say what you need and what you don't. For a flat or a shop with no building work, your floor plan and four photos are enough.
