LightCore 2G2W vertical double two-way switch
LightCore 2G2W in vertical format: two lights or a corridor with two switches, 230 V, no neutral wire and control from the app
What it is and what it does
The LightCore 2G2W vertical is the same Ajax double two-way module in vertical format. It goes behind the existing switch and controls two light points, or one light from both ends of a corridor. It works at 230 V without a neutral wire, is activated by bringing your hand close to its touch panel and is operated from the app. The 868 MHz Jeweller radio links it to the hub.
Who Dartel installs it for
We fit it for customers with vertical frames, typical next to narrow doors or in refurbishments, who want two lights in a single unit: hallway and corridor, for example. If your frame is horizontal, choose the LightCore 2G2W. It is for indoors only. It can be added to any Ajax alarm that we install.
How we install it
We fit it in the switch box, with the power cut, and fix the vertical frame on the wall. First we check the wiring of the two circuits. We add it by reading its QR code in the app, assign it to your hub, name each light and test both from your phone and with your hand in front of the panel.

Frequently asked questions
How does it differ from the standard 2G2W?
Only in format: the same module, but vertical, for frames of that shape. The functions are the same, so we choose according to the frame you already have on the wall.
Can I control each light separately?
Yes. Being double, each light is operated separately from the touch panel and from the app. We name them in the app so you know which is which without thinking.
Would you like us to install it?
Tell us what kind of home or premises it is and we will say what you need and what you don't. For a flat or a shop with no building work, your floor plan and four photos are enough.
