HD photo detector with photo on demand from the Superior range, in white: images up to 960 x 720 and four sensitivity levels.
What it is and what it does
The MotionCam HD PhOD Superior combines a 12 m volumetric PIR with an HD camera. When it goes off, it sends up to 5 images of up to 960 by 720 in under a minute, and you can request a photo whenever you want. It has infrared for the night, HDR for scenes with light and shade, pet immunity and four sensitivity levels. Alarms by Jeweller and photos by Wings, up to 1700 m. It is Grade 2 and indoor.
Who Dartel installs it for
It is the photo detector we install in homes with light walls where seeing in detail what happened matters. It also comes in black for dark finishes. Compared with the MotionCam HDR PhOD, it goes up in resolution from VGA to HD and from three to four sensitivity levels; compared with the Grade 3 Superior, it has no anti-masking but it does have pet immunity.
How we install it
We hang it at 2.4 m on its SmartBracket mount, with the fixing screw, looking across the unavoidable route and never at a window or above a radiator. We add it by QR code from the app and run the zone and signal tests. And we set up the image request permissions with you, because a camera inside the home is a matter of privacy.

What is the difference from the MotionCam HDR PhOD?
The image: this one reaches HD, up to 960 by 720, against the HDR PhOD's VGA, and has four sensitivity levels instead of three. Both allow photo on demand.
Does it work at night?
Yes, it has infrared lighting for night mode and HDR for scenes with one part brightly lit and another dark. The images are still good for understanding the scene, not for identifying anyone.
