MotionCam HDR PhOD photo detector, black

MotionCam HDR PhOD photo detector in black: as well as the photos when it goes off, you can request an image at any time from the app.

What it is and what it does

The MotionCam HDR PhOD is an indoor photo detector with photo on demand: PhOD stands for photo on demand. As well as sending up to 5 images when it detects movement, you can request a photo whenever you want from the app. It has a 12 m volumetric PIR, an HDR camera with resolution up to VGA and immunity to pets up to 20 kg. It uses Jeweller and Wings, with up to 1700 m in open space, and is Grade 2.

Who Dartel installs it for

It is for anyone who wants to look at their home or shop without waiting for anything to go off: to see whether the children have arrived or whether the stockroom is in order. Compared with the MotionCam HDR, black, which only sends photos on detection, this one adds the request and permission management. If you want more resolution and four sensitivity levels, the HD PhOD Superior.

How we install it

It is mounted indoors, at 2.4 m, on its mount, and paired with the panel by scanning the QR code. Because it can look inside the home, we set up the image request permissions with you: who can request a photo and when. Then we adjust the framing so as not to point at windows or radiators and measure the signal.

Frequently asked questions

Can they request photos without my knowing?

Privacy management belongs to the end customer: you decide the image request permissions. We leave it configured at the installation and you can change it afterwards from the app.

Is it an outdoor model?

No, it is indoor equipment, and it has no anti-masking. It is not the model for a porch or a garden; we place it inside, with the camera looking at the unavoidable route.

Would you like us to install it?

Tell us what kind of home or premises it is and we will say what you need and what you don't. For a flat or a shop with no building work, your floor plan and four photos are enough.
