MotionCam HDR photo detector, white
Motion detector with a camera: when it goes off, you receive photos of what triggered it and decide with information, not with nerves.
What it is and what it does
The MotionCam HDR is an indoor motion detector with a built-in camera. When it detects someone, it raises the alarm and sends the app a series of up to 5 photos of what happened, at up to VGA resolution and with HDR so that a backlit hallway does not come out washed out. It reaches 12 m, is immune to small pets and talks to the panel by Jeweller and Wings radio, the channel that carries the images.
Who Dartel installs it for
It is the detector Dartel puts in the living room and the unavoidable route of a flat, a house or a shop: one or two units are enough for a normal home and they are part of the three alarm kits. This is the white one; with dark walls there is the black one. If you want to request a photo at any moment, without anything having gone off, look at the PhOD version.
How we install it
We hang it at the height Ajax specifies, across the route someone has to take to enter, never facing a window or with a radiator or heater in front. We add it by scanning its QR code in the app, assign it to its arming group and run the detection zone test and the signal test before we leave, so that the first photo is a real one and not of a curtain.

Frequently asked questions
Do the photos always arrive, or only when it goes off?
On this model, when the alarm goes off. If you want to request a photo at any moment from the app, the MotionCam HDR PhOD version allows it.
Will it go off with the dog or the cat?
It has immunity to pets up to 20 kg if it is placed at the right height and with no furniture they can climb onto in its field of view. We check that at the installation.
