Ajax 16-channel NVR recorder, black

Black 16-channel indoor NVR recorder for communications cabinets, with cameras and alarm in a single app

What it is and what it does

The black Ajax 16-channel NVR recorder lets you see the cameras from the same app you use to arm the alarm. It supports up to 16 channels and 4K at 25/30 frames per second, with H.265 or H.264 and up to 100 Mbps of total bandwidth. It records on a schedule or on motion. The hard disk is not included: it takes one 3.5 inch SATA disk of up to 16 TB.

Who Dartel installs it for

We fit it in large homes and in businesses with several areas, and for customers who already have an Ajax alarm and want to add cameras without another app. At 200 × 200 × 45 mm it fits in a communications cabinet without taking up a whole shelf. If it will be on show on a light piece of furniture, there is the white one.

How we install it

We mount it in the communications cabinet, which is indoors and ventilated. We connect the cameras by network cable, fit the disk and add the recorder to the app. Beforehand we tell you in figures how many days of recording each disk will give you, and if you prefer we leave it fitted and set up.

Frequently asked questions

If I already have an Ajax alarm, what do I gain with this recorder?

A single app: you arm and disarm the house and watch the cameras with the same users and notifications. When a detector goes off, seeing what happened takes a single tap.

Does it work with cameras from another brand?

Yes, if they are compatible with ONVIF or RTSP. You can keep the ones you already have instead of replacing them, and combine them with new Ajax cameras.

Would you like us to install it?

Tell us what kind of home or premises it is and we will say what you need and what you don't. For a flat or a shop with no building work, your floor plan and four photos are enough.
