What it is and what it does
The black TurretCam 5 MP Dual Light brings together two night visions: 50 m infrared for black and white and 50 m white light for a colour image. It records at 5 megapixels (2880×1620) with a 110° horizontal field, True WDR/HDR and an artificial intelligence that recognises people, pets and vehicles. It works from −30 °C to +60 °C, is IP65 and can record to a microSD of up to 256 GB.
Who Dartel installs it for
We put it on houses, industrial units and porches with dark structures, wood or stone, where you want colour at night without the camera drawing attention. On white façades the white Dual Light looks better. If you do not need white light, the black TurretCam 5 MP is the simplest option, and the black TurretCam 8 MP Dual Light gives more detail.
How we install it
Each camera has its PoE network cable to the recorder or the switch, which powers it and collects the video. We fix it on a firm surface, at a height that not just anyone can reach but that still lets the face be seen, and away from the sun head-on. We add it by reading the QR code in the app and check at night which of the two lights suits.

Does the white light bother the neighbours?
It depends where it points. That is why we orient the camera towards your property when installing it and test the framing at night, so that it lights your entrance and not the window opposite.
Does it withstand summer heat?
It is designed to work from −30 °C to +60 °C and is IP65, that is, protected against dust and water jets. Even so, we avoid placing it facing the sun head-on, which dazzles the image.
