What it is and what it does
The white TurretCam 5 MP Dual Light sees at night in two ways: with infrared, in black and white, or with white light, in colour, both up to 50 m. It records at 5 megapixels with a 110° horizontal field. Its artificial intelligence tells people, pets and vehicles apart, so that the alert does not go off for any shadow. It supports microSD of up to 256 GB, has a microphone and is viewed in the Ajax app.
Who Dartel installs it for
It is for homes and shops with a light façade where you want to see in colour what happens at night: the door, the front garden, the garage access. If infrared is enough, the white TurretCam 5 MP is simpler. On dark walls there is the black Dual Light, and for identifying at a greater distance the white TurretCam 8 MP Dual Light.
How we install it
We connect it with a PoE network cable to the recorder or the switch, with no sockets on the façade. We look for a height that keeps the face in frame without the camera being reachable, and avoid the sun head-on. Then we add it by QR code in the app, choose whether at night it uses infrared or white light and check the area it covers.
